CONTROLLED SPENDING FEATURES

The Fuel Masters Card gives companies control with all purchases, you can better control operating expenses and provide your drivers with over-the-road flexibility. Controlled spending provides not only card purchasing capabilities, but also the means of monitoring and managing fuel purchases. Controlled spending products features are Acceptance, Card–level Controls, and Invoicing.

Acceptance

Acceptance allows the cardholder to purchase from merchants that accept the Fuel Masters Card or Comdata Card (optional Fuel Masters MasterCard):

• Fleet Transactions - For fuel and vehicle-related items

• Travel and Entertainment Transactions (optional) - For airline, hotel, restaurant and car rental purchases

• Accepted at 170,000 fueling locations nationwide.

Card-level Controls

This feature allows the customer to establish spending limits and other controls on each card or on groups of cards, such as:

• Dollar limit for each transaction

• Dollar limit for each day

• Dollar limit for each week or month

• Limit on number of transactions for each day

• Limit on number of transactions for each week or month

• Limit point-of-purchase to specific merchants

• Cardholder limits by Merchant Category Code (for example, vehicle repair, hotels, airlines, business services)

Invoicing

Invoicing provides the customer with the following:

• Ability to customize invoices to meet the needs your company requires.

• A weekly-consolidated invoice for all transactions. Reports clearly showing all transactions by date, location, driver, vehicle, previous recorded mileage, current recorded mileage, mileage per gallon, fuel products, fuel quantity’s and cost.
