Primary Routes of Entry: Skin and eye contact, inhalation, ingestion.

 

Effects of acute overexposure:

 

Inhalation Excessive breathing of vapors or mists may cause dizziness, nausea, visual impairment, respiratory failure and narcosis. Don not breath vapors or mists

 

Eyes: Contact may cause severe temporary irritation, redness, tearing, and blurred vision.        Avoid Eye Contact

 

Skin: Prolonged or repeated contact may cause moderate irritation, redness, itching, and contact dermatitis, may irritate sensitive skin.  Avoid Skin Contact

 

Ingestion: Swallowing can cause severe gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, and vomiting, severe illness, blindness, and possibly death. Do Not Ingest

 

 

First Aid Measures

 

Inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If breathing has stopped, start artificial respiration. Seek Immediate Medical Attention.

 

Eye Contact: Flush eyes with large volumes of running water, for at least 15 minutes, while lifting eyelids and rolling eyes. If irritation persists: SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION

 

INGESTION: Immediately drink two glasses of water, and induce vomiting. Never give anything, by mouth, to an unconscious person. Seek Medical ATTENTION IMMEDIATELEY

This product is stable under normal use conditions. Hazardous polymerization cannot occur. This product should not be mixed with other cleaners or chemicals.

 

Section VI-Spill and Leak Procedure

 

This product is not considered to present a significant environmental hazard; however, it should be standard procedure to prevent run-off from reaching sewers, streams and other bodies of water. Notify proper authorities if a large spill occurs. Absorbent barrier material may be used to absorb small spills. Larger spills may be contained with barrier materials and pumped into drums or tanks for disposal. Dispose of this material, and contaminated absorbents in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Transport, handle and store this product in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106 and applicable DOT regulations. This product is not regulated by the DOT as a hazardous material.

Section IX- Precautionary Statement

 

May Cause Irritation to Skin and Eyes

 

Keep container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear chemical splash goggles and gloves to prevent contact. Use only in well ventilated areas. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor or mist. Keep head away from container opening when dispensing. Wash thoroughly after handling, and before eating or smoking.
