EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE:

INHALATION: Drowsiness, narcosis, & unconsciousness possible upon exposure to high concentrations in poorly ventilated spaces.

INHALATION LC50: Not determined.

SKIN CONTACT: Believed to be 0.5-1.0/8.0 (rabbit); slightly irritating.

DERMAL LD50: Believed to be 1-3 G/KG (rabbit); slightly toxic.

INGESTION: Oral administration of high doses of EG produced birth defects in laboratory animals.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:

INHALATION:
Remove to fresh air. If not breathing apply artificial respiration. Get medical attention. Keep affected person warm and at rest.

EYE CONTACT: Flush with water for 15 minutes.

SKIN CONTACT: Wash exposed areas with soap and water.

INGESTION: DO NOT induce vomiting. contact poison control center or physician immediately.

Skin: Use good personal hygiene by washing exposed skin several times daily with soap and water along with cleaning soiled work cloths weekly.
